DELIVERY AND RETURN


THE COURIER

Shipping methods depend on the quantities ordered, the size of the art pieces and the destination countries. Travis Durden reserves the right to choose the most suitable courier.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically upon checkout.

FRANCE

• Format artpiece < 42 cm on the longest side: 15€ or 20€ according to the weight
• Format artpiece between 42 and 90 cm on the longest side: 90€
• Format artpiece between 91 and 120 cm on the longest side: 100€

EUROPE

• Format artpiece < 42 cm on the longest side: 20€ or 30€ according to the weight
• Format artpiece between 42 and 90 cm on the longest side: 90€
• Format artpiece between 91 and 120 cm on the longest side: 100€

Deliveries outside Europe are possible on request.

INSURANCE

All shipments are insured by the courier.

When the customer (or anyone authorised by them) received their order, it is their responsibility to open the parcel and to check the condition of art piece(s).

If the parcel arrives damaged, the customer must make a claim straight away or not accept the parcel. No claims can be made for deliveries that have been signed for to state they have been received in good condition.

PACKAGING

• For prints only: the print is set flat in a cardbox.

• Small framed print: the art piece is packaged in cushioned packaging.

• Large framed prints: the art piece is packaged and fully protected with bubble wrap.

For frames under glass, the glass is replaced by an unbreakable plexiglass plate.
