The customer acknowledges that they have read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale for Travis Durden. This means that all orders for art pieces imply full acceptance of these terms and conditions, except for cases expressly covered by written confirmation from Travis Durden.

Art pieces are available in various formats and come with a certificate of authenticity.
All the art pieces are hand-signed by Travis Durden.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months after purchase. Cards are no longer valid beyond this time.
Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.
Any amount left over will be issued as a credit note. Amount left over after redeeming credit notes is not issued as a further credit note. Gift cards are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
The prices that apply to orders are the prices in force when orders are received by Travis Durden. All orders from all sources are billed and payable in Euros.
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have the right of cancellation and can return just the print itself if it is not suitable. This right does not apply for orders paid for using gift cards.
Once you receive your order, you have 15 calendar days to notify us of a return. To start the process, please contact Travis Durden and he will provide you with the return address.
Items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
Prints sold with frames or laminated/acrylic prints are custom-made for individual customers. Travis Durden cannot therefore reimburse a customer for these items. Returns are only accepted for prints sold on their own.
Gift cards cannot be refunded or returned.
Refund requests for prints must be made within 30 days after the customer has received the print.
Refunds will be made by wire transfer to named customer and sent to the billing address.
Unless there has been an internal error with the order, shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not refundable.

All photographs offered by Travis Durden are protected by intellectual property rights. Buying an original print does not give the customer any right to using, copying or reproducing, exhibiting or broadcasting the image itself in any form unless the author's written consent has been obtained. In particular, digital processing of the image is prohibited. However, customers have the right to resell the prints they have purchased.
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images that appear on the website www.travisdurden.com are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. This applies right across the world. Therefore, conforming to the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only private use is permitted under the various provisions, including the various restrictions within the Intellectual Property Code.
In the event of non-payment, the sale will be automatically cancelled without prior notice; all costs already incurred as part of the order (including manufacturing and shipping costs) are payable immediately. This does not prejudice any claims for compensation or damages that Travis Durden may apply for.
Also, Travis Durden may cancel a customer's order once accepted if there is no suitable guarantee of payment or if there are risks the the customer may be insolvent, without this cancellation leading to the customer being awarded damages.
The information you give us as part of your registration form and purchase order, or by any other means, may be digitally processed as part of processing your account, securing payments, shipping the items ordered and for commercial reasons relating exclusively to Travis Durden. Therefore, this information may only be used for the above-mentioned purposes as part of communications in France and abroad and to public bodies or private companies. When confirming your order, you are giving us permission to process your details according to these terms.
In accordance with law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (Information Technology and Liberties), you have a right to access your information, demand modifications or rectifications or request removal from our database. You can exercise your rights by sending an email to Travis Durden.
