Prints
All my prints are made on real silver photo paper @Picto, the oldest Parisian lab. These professional silver photo papers are a reference in the world of photography and among collectors.
Transfer is performed directly based on a digital file, by exposing the photosensitive support with the aid of a red, green, and blue laser beams. The paper is then developed using a chemical process (RA4 chromogenic or Black & White treatment), washed and dried. This technology guarantees very high-quality productions and traditional photographic rendering.
Photo on aluminium (dibond)
The print is permanently glued to a 2-mm thick dibond plate. Dibond is a composite material composed of a black polyethylene plate in between two plates of white glossed aluminum. A 20-mm thick steel mount is glued to the back of the photograph. This system allows for great rigidity and a hanging slightly away from the wall.
Photo mounted on plexi
The print is permanently glued to a 2-mm thick aluminium plate. A 3-mm transparent glossy plexiglas plate is added in front of the photograph. A 20-mm thick steel mount is glued to the back of the photograph. This system allows for great rigidity and a hanging slightly away from the wall. Plexiglas increases contrast and colors and gives the print extra depth.
Shadow box
The print is permanently glued on an aluminium plate. A board attached to the back of the photograph allows for a custom-made stick to run around it at a fixed distance, creating a gap between the print and the frame.
